The Sandpiper Too log cabin rental is big, beautiful and great for large families. This log cabin is nestled in the mountains of Lake Lure, NC, in the Blue Ridge Mountains, with private lakes, beach, rivers and waterfalls!. Located in the spectacular mountain setting of ‘Riverbend’, a gated log cabin mountain community with over 3,500 acres of pristine mountain beauty with two private lakes river and, waterfall, an old fashioned swimming hole and great hiking surrounded by mountain views and abundant wild life.

Riverbend’s private beach at Mirror Lake has a fishing pier, a large pavilion overlooking the lake with rocking chairs, barbecue pits and beautiful mountain views (bathrooms also). Walk across the road from the beach to the Broad River (with a waterfall and small rapids (perfect for tubing!). Enjoy fishing from the pier, swimming in the lake or playing in the river!

Lake Lure in western North Carolina has much to do! Lake Lure beach offers the Lake with a beautiful beach surrounded by spectacular views of the mountains and a children’s play area with water slide and lifeguards on duty. Lake Lure was voted one of the most beautiful lakes in the country by National Geographic.

There are a number of golf courses in area and also putt putt, tennis, horseback riding, a gem mine, hiking at Chimney Rock Park , zip lining, lake side and river side dining, white water rafting and much more. Nearby attractions include Asheville and Biltmore Estate and Winery, Blue Ridge Parkway , Hendersonville, wineries, Dollywood, Great Smokey National Park, Grandfather Mountain, Carowinds Amusement Park, Sliding Rock, North Carolina Arbortum and so much more. Also, newly built Tryon International Horse Equestrian Center is 15 miles away. Winter time visit nearby ski slopes and snow tubing.

The beautiful private mountain setting of Riverbend is only minutes away from beautiful Lake Lure. The large 4 bedroom cabin is up on a hill surrounded by huge decks with rocking chairs, chairs and a charcoal grill. The lower deck has a beautiful log swing, all in a very private location.
